Architectural Improvements

If you wish to add a fence, basketball goal, satellite dish, pool or make any exterior structural changes to your home, please remember to submit an application to our committee for your project. This includes the addition of a permanent, whole-house generators for power outages, too. These generators re-quire periodic maintenance and can be noisy and bulky.  Therefore, the Association may require additional landscape plantings or specify a change in the location of your generator in order to impact your neighbors as little as possible.

Please note that the City of Prospect will not issue any permits without a copy of the approval letter from Sutherland.
