Pool
The Sutherland Pool will be open from 9:00am to 9:00pm seven days a week.
Children under the age of 10 are to be supervised at all times with an adult at the pool.
Children age 10 & 11 need to have permission slips on file to attend the pool without adult supervision. These permission slips are available at the Lifeguard Sign-In table & need to be updated annually.
Those individuals 12 and over may attend the pool with out adult supervision. Please adhere to the pool rules & regulations regarding resident card admission to the pool, and guest limitation of no more than 4 individuals per household. Extensive Pool Guidelines are outlined in the links below.
Pool Parties
The pool may be rented for parties up to 3 hours in length & with no more than 20 participants with prior approval. This approval must be secured 2 weeks prior to the requested date with $250.00 rental fee and $150.00 security deposit provided to Renee Kuhlman, Property Manager. A party will not be scheduled when the clubhouse is rented out, or during weekends and holidays. The pool will always be open to residents during parties. Guests are expected to follow pool rules & regulations. Only 1 pool party will be scheduled at a time.
