The Sutherland Community Association Clubhouse is available to all homeowner's current with their dues. The Clubhouse may be rented for personal events, but must be reserved two weeks in advance. Please note that you must contact Renee Kuhlman, Property Manager, at (502) 498 - 2410 or rkuhlman@mulloyproperties.com to reserve a date and time, and to receive the appropriate paperwork.

No date is final until payment and paperwork has been received by the Mulloy Properties office and the homeowner has confirmed the dates with the Property Manager, Renee Kuhlman.
